Last night while I was at the store I found a recipe for Magic Mint Chocolate Bark. The recipe was from Tollhouse. I have to admit that I did not have any Tollhouse Mint Chips in the house but I did have Andes Mint pieces available so I tried those and they turned out fantastic!
This may be one of the easiest recipes ever!
1 2/3 cup Toll House Dark Chocolate and Mint Morsels (I used Andes Mint pieces)
if you like nuts you can add 1/3 cup coarsely chopped oven roasted or toasted almonds
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees
-Line a small baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, I used my Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat and it worked great
-Pour morsels onto prepared baking sheet. Arrange so they are touching in a single layer
Bake 1 to 3 minutes until morsels are shiny
Remove from oven to a wire rack
With the tip of a butter knife or wooden pick swirl morsels to create a swirl pattern
Sprinkle with nuts. Hold baking sheet 3 inches above counter and drop to settle the nuts
-Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm
-Break into pieces
-Store in airtight container
-Use broken pretzel pieces or another nut of choice instead of almonds
