Peppermint Bark Recipe

I love Peppermint Bark but don’t buy it very often because it is so expensive at the store. This year I decided to see if I could make my own Peppermint Back. I have to admit

that I made the recipe up as I went along.

Here is how I made Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

 Chocolate Chips

White chocolate chips

Candy Canes

Directions

Start with melting chocolate chips in a double boiler.  Pour the melted chocolate into a parchment paper lined  dish. Cool the chocolate  in the fridge for about an hour so the chocolate will harden.

Break the candy canes into small pieces.

Melt the White Chocolate Chips in a double boiler. When the chocolate is melted mix in a portion of the candy cane pieces. Pour over the chocolate in the dish.

Pour remaining candy cane pieces over the top.

Place dish in the fridge for an hour or so for the chocolate to harden.

When the chocolate has harden break into pieces and serve.
