Apple Cinnamon French Toast

While John’s Sister and Nephews were visiting last week we had the chance to make Apple Cinnamon French Toast. It turned out so good. I will definitely be making this recipe again.  We have had corn flake crusted french toast while we were on the cruise ships and loved it. I figured why not try it with Apple Cinnamon Chex and see if it tastes just as good. Oh my goodness it worked out great and tasted really good.

Nathan decided to help me in the kitchen. This was the perfect breakfast to have a helper.

We used kid power instead of the food processor to break the Cinnamon Apple Chex into pieces. Nathan had a great time using the rolling pin to crush all of the Chex cereal.

I used pie pans to hold the chex crumbs and egg wash. It worked out great having everything lined up and ready to start cooking.

The Apple Cinnamon French Toast was crunchy and sweet at the same time. Everyone loved it and came back for seconds.
