1 pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 pkg (8oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Cool Whip Whipped topping thawed
2 bananas, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Press cookie dough onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 16 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Beat: cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in Cool
Spread: cream cheese mixture over crust;
Top with bananas and syrup. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To keep cut bananas from browning, toss them with a little fresh lemon juice.
Mom Notes: Next time I make this I’m going to use sugar cookie dough and fresh berries. The bananas turned dark by morning even using lemon juice tasted good, but looked not so nice.
