Graham Cracker Crust Recipe
For years I would buy pre-made graham cracker crusts at the grocery store. I decided this summer to try and make one from scratch and now I don’t know why I ever paid for them. Wow I can’t believe how much better the home made crust tastes and how easy it is to make.
20 individual graham crackers
3 tsp sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar (I use a food processor and it takes seconds)
add melted butter
press into a 10″ spring form pan
I let my graham cracker crust sit for a bit to harden before putting my filling into the crust.
