Nutrisysem Journey -Week 22 Results
Woohoo! What a great week it has been. I loved traveling last week but there is something to be said for being home and in your routine. It was great being home this week and being able to eat everything on the plan. I think I may have sweated a half a pound off in NYC just from the humidity and heat. This week John and I continued to work towards our goals and set some new goals. We have taken up tennis and are loving it! We normally play when we vacation with my parents in Hawaii and decided to try it here at home. There is a free tennis court within walking distance of the house. Now we get a nice walk in and try and play tennis for 45-60 minutes. I do have to say that play may be a strong term we are still in the learning process but loving it. It is a great work out especially since we are laughing so much it does not seem like a work out. We are embracing our lack of tennis skills and trying to improve every day. I am so excited to lose a pound this week. I am on a mission to hit the 20 pound weight loss mark. I want to cross this mark and continue to 30,40, and 50 pounds lost!
This week we are focusing on soaking up as much summer sun and being outside as we can. Our goal is to play tennis 3-4 times this week. I am so thankful everyday that we get to take this journey together and work on our goals together. This process has brought us even closer together. We openly share our weight loss goals, struggles, highs and lows and it makes the journey amazing!

Tammilee – -1.1 / total lost – 18.6 pounds
John - -1 / total lost – 33.3 pounds
Goals Week 23
Our goals are the same as last week. I am really trying to be consistent and make this a lifestyle not just a diet.
- Go out and walk/play tennis at least 3-4 times this week
-Increase the amount of water we are drinking
-Make great salads with lots of spinach, veggies and fruit.
