Oh my goodness I am in love with this book! Growing up in the Northwest I have a fascination with southern food. It is so completely different from what I grew up on. I love reading the recipes and see which ones I can create. This book is filled with true southern food. It has amazing restaurants, stories and recipes of great southern food that is melt in your mouth good. I can not wait to sit down and start making these recipes. The book is nicely laid out and super easy to read.
