Wahoo!!! I just completed Day 6 of the Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred workout!!!
Wow, I can not even put into words how excited I get each day that I finish this workout. After 6 days I know the workout and am already getting into position for the next step when she announces it. Today I felt like I actually had ab muscles as I was doing the crunches. I was able to get up a lot higher than the previous days and could feel a not building in my stomach. It is a nice feeling knowing that buried below my belly there is a set of ab muscles growing and getting stronger. Now I just need to keep shrinking the belly so they someday can make an appearance.
I still loathe jumping jacks. I would much rather run in place or even do push ups than jumping jacks. For some reason they just kick my butt more than anything else. I did manage to make it through the entire minute of the bicycle crunches at the end of the workout. I will fully admit to letting out a sigh when she said the workout was done and doing a little dance that I made it through.
