Is it really worth clipping $.25 coupons? The short and long answer is YES! I think it is really important to clip $.25 coupons especially if they are for a product that you use all the time. The first coupon I ever used was a $.25 coupon at Safeway. This one coupon started me on the road of saving a lot of money over the past few years. I was so excited to save a quarter that I went back to see if I could increase it to a $1.00.l I know a quarter and a dollar savings at the store does not seem like much but over time these savings with grow and compound to bigger savings. If you can save $10 a week at the store with coupons you will end up saving $40 a month and $480 a year! This is a huge savings over the year. Imagine now if you increase the savings to $25 a week, $100 a month and $1200 a year!! These savings are possible and using $.25 coupons will help with the savings!
We would all love to save on every product with $1.00 off coupons but there are many products that never come out with more than a $.25 coupon. It is still well worth using these coupons. You can maximize your savings by visiting your store on double days if they have them or using doubler coupons with them to increase your savings to $.50. If you then stack your coupon with the store sale you can maximize even more savings.
Every little bit helps when it comes to saving money. Even saving $.25 a week is a $1.00 a month and $12 a year. $12 can buy a movie ticket, help pay a bill, and put a bit of gas in your car. I would much rather save $.25 than part with the money and not have it for the future.
