We love Avocados! We always have at least 2 or 3 in the house at all times. John likes to eat them raw with a spoon. I prefer grilling them or making fresh guacamole with them. I have been seeing a lot of recipes were Avacados are used in baking. I have not dived into these recipes yet but they are on my too do list. I like the idea of adding in good fats from the Avocados into my chocolate treats.
