Did you know Best Buy recycles electronics?

We have been working on cleaning out our closets, desks, drawers and well all of the places that things seem to pile up. I am focused on making our house clean and organized and not cluttered.  Both John and I love electronics. We like trying out new electronics but we end up with old electronics stuffed in drawers and cabinets. Do you have a spot in your house that is stuffed with random electronics? I just learned that Best Buy recycles electronics!

Best Buy Recycle

Best Buy does not care if it is a 1960′s calculator, Walkman  boombox, CD player or last years phone they will recycle it! Best Buy recycles 387 pounds of electronics each minute a store is open. How crazy cool is that! Each hour they are open over 23,000 pounds of electronics are recycled! Technology is the fasted growing waste stream on the planet right now! I can only imagine over the next 5 to 10 years how crazy it is going to get. Best Buy is leading the industry in recycling efforts. They offer FREE Recycling at all Best Buy locations in the US and Puerto Rico!

If you have electronics piling up in your house you can bring them to Best Buy and they will safely dispose of them.
