Do you get nervous when you hear your spouse in the kitchen moving things around?
I have to admit I get a bit nervous at times when I see John pulling out measuring cups and working at the stove. I know he can cook but yet part of me gets a bit nervous. John decided that it was a day for no bake cookies and made up this great Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies Recipe
These cookies are super easy to make and turn out fantastic. The only spot that can get a bit tricky is when the mixture comes to a boil. You want to make sure you boil it at least a minute but also not for too long. I set the timer on my stove to count down so I make sure and get at least a minute of boiling. If you go to short the mixture has the tendency to not harden and become a mushy ball of chocolate and peanut butter. While you can still eat it with a spoon it is not quite as nice as being able to eat it in the cookie form.
