Coconut Berry Popsicles Recipe

A few weeks ago I shared Gwyneth Paltrows Coconut Berry Sherbet recipe. This sherbet has become my new favorite summer treat. It is so easy to make and tastes so good! I decided to adapt this recipe and make Coconut Berry Popsicles!

To me summer is all about Popsicles. They remind me of being a kid and running after the ice cream truck in hopes of getting a treat. As an adult I thankfully do not have to run after the ice cream truck and can make amazing popsicles at home.

Directions
1. Combine Blueberries and blackberries with a tablespoon of maple syrup
2. Combine until the mixture forms a liquid
3. Pour into the Zoku Duo Quick Pop Maker until it is 1/3 filled
4. Allow to set for a few minutes
5. Pour in coconut milk until Zoku Duo Quick Pop Maker is 2/3 filled
6. Allow to set for a few minutes
7. Combine Strawberries, raspberries and syrup until liquid

9. Allow the popsicle to fully set before removing and enjoying.
