I am excited to share another guest post from Dan from Dan330. Dan has some truly amazing recipes on his site. Today he is sharing with us his Baked Salmon with Rosemary, Garlic and Olive Oil Recipe!
Salmon has a reputation for being a “fishy” tasting fillet. It certainly can be if it is not fresh or cooked well. Frankly, many people don’t eat salmon because they don’t know how to prepare it. Salmon is a very healthy choice when choosing fish. It is loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids and it is worth learning a couple of recipes to work this fish into your meal plans each month.
Here’s what you need for this 15 minute meal:
- Fresh Salmon Fillet
- Two sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- One Clove of Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Mince the rosemary and garlic. Then spread them onto the salmon fillets. Place the fillets on a baking sheet. You can use parchment paper if you would like. This can make cleaning up your sheet easier. Bake for 11 minutes. Salmon is cooked when it can be flaked apart with a fork.
