CVS radiance PLATINUM vitamins to help each of us reach our health goals

I’m proud to partner with CVS/pharmacy for this “radiance – Shine Inside and Out” campaign. I am being sponsored to help lead this campaign, but all opinions expressed are my own, and all product claims or program details shared should be verified at CVS.com or with the appropriate manufacturers.

I have a confession to make…..

I am really bad about taking my vitamins. There I said it out loud..or at least in writing. My Mom has been harping on me that I need to remember I am not as young as I once was and I need to focus more on my health and well being.  I find that I run around so much that sadly my health is not my main priority most days and it should be. I know I am not getting any younger. My body tells me every morning when it feels like it is creaking as I get out of bed.

I was talking with CVS and they mentioned they have a new line of radiance PLATINUM vitamins that are 100% preservative free and include a line for vegetarians. They even have certified non-GMO, gluten free, certified organic, and vitamins for vegans.

So this pretty much took all of my excuses for not taking my vitamins and threw them out the window. I can’t tell myself I am going to get sick because they are not vegetarian friendly. I can’t tell myself that they are not organic. I just can’t find any more excuses……thank you CVS!

So I am diving in! I am diving into taking my vitamins and making the choice to focus on this step towards making my health a priority. CVS was kind enough to send me an assortment of vitamins that are perfect for me and John. I will be trying the radiance PLATINUM vegetarian calcium, probiotics, and women’s multivitamin. Along with trying out the Vegetarian Supergreen mint green tea nutritional drink mix. I am really excited to try the drink mix.

One of my goals as we travel more is to be more organized and plan ahead for packing. Here are some of my favorite Travel Packing Tips!

1. Use packing bags to stay organized

Packing bags are a great way to stay organized. You can use them to divide your clothes by event, type or just to make it easier to fit everything in a bag. If you have a piece of clothing that you don’t want rubbing against anything else you can easily store them in packing bags. I like to use them to make sure my dirty clothes are kept in one place. …
