I was recently given the opportunity to try out EcoLips. I was really impressed with how many varieties they have available! I tried out a couple of different flavors and loved them all. The Honest Kids Berry Good Lemonade is amazing. It smells just like a berry lemonade. I also tried the coconut which made me want to be on a tropical beach soaking up a bit of the sun. The EcoLips Gold came on a really cool EcoLips clip. I now have it attached inside of my purse. I am always losing stuff in my purse and love that it is now attached and always in the same place.

Holiday Gift Guide – Love Came Down: (In)spired Deals Review

I was recently given the opportunity to work with DaySpring and (in)courage and check out their Love Came Down collection. They sent me this amazing Love Came Down Star Candleholder

This candle holder is made with dark wood and really sturdy. I originally placed it on our fireplace mantle. My husband looked at it and told me that we needed to share it with his Mom. He said that she would absolutely love it and be amazed by it. We have decided to share this amazing candleholder with John’s Mom. She shows us daily her faith and we thought this would be an amazing way to show her how much we appreciate her. She does so much for so many people and really tries to share her faith with others. We are going to use this amazing candle holder to thank her for sharing her love with us.

Holiday Gift Guide – Creative Outlets Giveaway

The other day I received a couple of sheets of Creative Outlet stickers in the mail that I had ordered online. Many of you may have seen the pictures I posted in our mail call album on our Facebook page. Well I loved the stickers so much that I reached out to the company to see if they would like to do a giveaway so I could share them with all of you! I have these all over the house now. They make me smile each time I plug the toaster in. I just love how cute they are. I will say that I have them on the outlets that are above the counters. I wanted to make sure if friends kids came over they did not get super excited by the electrical plug ins and start to play with them.

Holiday Gift Guide – CalNaturale Wine Review

I was recently given the opportunity to try CalNaturale Wine. I have to say the first thing I noticed when the box came in was how the wine is packaged. The wine comes in Tetra Paks. These paks are made from paper and are really easy to transport. The Tetra Paks take less than half the energy it takes to product a traditional glass bottle. This really shows just how much CalNaturale focuses on the environment and their product. The grapes used for CalNaturale wines are certified organically grown.

Here is a bit of information on CalNaturale from their website

I think the 500 ml containers of Cal Naturale are perfect for a picnic. You do not have to worry about carrying a glass bottle with you. You also do not have the weight of a glass bottle if you are hiking to your location. Right now there is snow on the ground here so I am not planning any outdoor picnics any time soon. One thing I do plan on having soon is an indoor picnic. I love spreading a blanket out, turning on the fireplace, turning off all electronics in the house and have a picnic inside. I think this is a great way to relax and have great dinner conversation. This week I am hoping that it will be snowing inside and we can relax, have dinner, and enjoy a glass or 2 of Cal Naturale Wine.

Holiday Gift Guide – Country Dance 2 Review

I was recently given the opportunity to try out the Wii game – Country Dance 2. I am a huge fan of Wii dance games. They are so much fun and a great work out at the same time. I also love country music so I figured this would be a great match up. This game was fantastic! I played by myself since John is still on crutches. I had so much fun dancing around to the music. This game includes music from some of my favorite artists including Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley and more!

There are over 30 country hits to dance to! You can play by yourself or with friends. One thing I really liked about this game is you can track your calories with exercise mode. I have to say I burned a ton of calories while playing this game. I was worn out but loving it by the time I was done.

I can’t wait until John is off of crutches and we can play against each other. I really like that we can play a super fun game and burn calories at the same time. I see many nights of playing this game as soon as he is off of crutches.
