Lasagna Cup Recipe – I just made these for lunch and they are so good!

Lasagna Cups

I saw this idea on Pinterest and had to give it a try. I made these Lasagna Cups for lunch today and they were fantastic. They are so easy to make. These are going to become a staple in our house.

Tomato Sauce – I used pasta sauce that I had in the pantry

Mozzarella Cheese

Any ingredients you like in Lasagna. I did ours vegetarian today.

Cook Lasagna until it is almost done. It will continue to cook in the oven

I used parchment paper in my muffin tin so the lasagna cups would not stick to the pan.

Place parchment paper into muffin pan.

Form a circle with the lasagna the size of the muffin pan.

I put a circle of bread inside the lasagna to keep the toppings inside.

Layer Cheese, pasta sauce and ingredients in the tube of pasta.

I baked these at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
