We had such an amazing time during our trip to Las Vegas. There is truly more to see and do in Las Vegas than you can fit in 1 or more trips to the city. The city is always changing, updating and bringing more attractions in that you really never see it all. Here are 10 of our Favorite things to do in Las Vegas!
Shooting an Uzi at the Guns and Ammo Garage was amazing! I felt like such a bad a$$ being able to shoot an uzi, mp5 and a handgun and actually hit the target. Talk about a total adrenaline high that lasted for a while.
Getting our photo with Elvis at the Las Vegas Sign was fantastic. This is probably my favorite picture from the entire trip.
The Diva Las Vegas Show was hilarious. I had never seen female celebrity impersonators and they were unbelievable. I had tears running down my eyes from laughing so hard during this show.
Waking up to the sun coming over the mountains from our room at the LVH was such an amazing way to start each day. I now understand why penthouse apartments are so expensive.
A trip to Las Vegas has to include the Bellagio Gardens for me. I love seeing what new design is in place each time we visit. I could have spent hours looking at the butterfly house while we were there.
Experiencing a Nascar Race for the first and certainly not the last time was fantastic. Nothing could have prepared me for the rumbling vibrations that happen when the cars go by.
Being huge fans of Pawn Stars being able to visit the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop was a lot of fun. Next time I hope that we are lucky enough to be there when one of the show stars is in the store. I would totally get my picture taken with Chumlee, Rick or well any of them.
The Neon Musesm was a surprise highlight. I really did not expect to love the tour as much as I did. I am not normally a museum person but hearing the history of Las Vegas through neon signs was really fascinating.
The scenic drive through Red Rock Canyon was such a nice break from the crazy hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. We were able to enjoy fresh air, beautiful scenery and a gorgeous drive.
The Bloody Mary at the Fat Bar with a meat straw is one of the things we end up telling everyone about when we talk about our Las Vegas trip. I giggle each time I think of John’s surprise when the bartender handed him the drink with a meat straw.
Overall we had a truly fantastic time in Las Vegas. We are already talking about going back in the fall to enjoy another long weekend. There is so much to see and do in Las Vegas that I think we could go back every few months and not see it all.
