Being able to be one of the first people in the world to see Marvel AVENGERS: Infinity War is something I have dreamed of for years. Trying to put together my thoughts and feelings on a movie that is 10 years in the making is hard to even process. My goal with this Marvel Avengers Infinity War Movie Review is to share what you need to know about the movie without ruining any of the key events and moments that happen.
I do suggest that you get your tickets now for opening night on April 27th so you can see the movie before any spoilers hit the airwaves. This is a move that has 10 years worth of build up going into it and you are not going to want to turn on your computer and see giant spoilers before you step into the theater. Trust me on this and buy your tickets and get ready to see this movie opening night.
Also, make sure you take a deep breath before this movie because you are about to go on a wild ride of emotions, thrills, and laughs. Another piece of advice…go to the bathroom before the movie starts and limit your liquid intake during the movie.
This thrill ride is over 2.5 hours long and you do not want to miss a single second of this movie. There are so many twists and turns that if you are gone for even 3 minutes you are going to miss a major moment.
You want to get comfy and mentally prepared for Avengers Infinity War. This movie is the culmination of ten years worth of Marvel cinematic experiences and I know we have all been wanting to know what is going to happen to our favorite characters.
Those are my thoughts as I try to wrap my brain around sharing this movie and not giving anything away. Every moment of this movie feels like a pivotal scene. I don’t think I blinked for over 2.5 hours in the theater.
The thing that shocked and surprised me the most is how my heart went out to Thanos. I felt for him and wanted to pat him on the head and say don’t worry big buddy it will all be ok. I wanted to give him love and kindness in hopes of changing his evil ways. He is a villain that tugs at your heart strings and makes you feel things you don’t think you will feel going into the movie.
The Russo brothers truly take you on a journey with this movie. I can’t say it enough that you need to be mentally prepared for this movie. Please don’t wait to go to see the movie and read any of the spoilers! You truly want to make sure that you see this movie before the spoilers so you get the best experience possible.
At the end of the movie I had to sit in my chair and really just take a deep breath. I felt a bit of anger that I have to wait and entire year for Avengers 4 to come out. I want/need to know the next steps but thankfully I know that Ant Man and the Wasp and Captain Marvel are on the horizon to fill my marvel needs.

Has Thanos appeared in prior Avengers movies?
Thanos made a very brief appearance in ‘The Avengers.’ He had a couple lines of dialogue and a brief appearance in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ and we saw him very briefly at the end of ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron.’ But other than that, we’ve never really seen him do anything. We’ve just been teasing his presence and the coming of Thanos since ‘The Avengers.’” ~ Kevin Feige

Why is Thanos part of Gamora from Guardian of the Galaxies life?
Thanos raised her as his daughter. What I really loved about the story is that it really dives into father daughter dynamics, and we get to explore Thanos’ personal life much deeper in the film. That’s what makes that character much more disturbing as a villain—the fact that as a father, he was just pure evil.” ~ Zoe Saldana who plays Gamora
