One thing I have learned in 7 years of marriage to a Park Ranger is my dear Husband loves parks. It doesn’t matter if it is a national park or Central Park he just loves parks. During our trip to NYC he was a bit squeamish about wondering around the city the entire time. I could tell he was just not excited to spend time looking at buildings and other sites. Central Park was a life saver for us. We spent a few hours wanering around the park and taking a horse drawn carriage ride.
It has been on my bucket list for years to take a horse drawn carriage ride through Central Park. While it is certainly not a cheap endeaver it is one of those iconic things to do. It was so worth it! Our driver was absolutely amazing and shared so many great stories of New York and Central Park.
Today I am excited to share a photo tour of New Yorks Central Park. These are some of our favorite photos from our visit. We can’t wait to go back and visit the park again. We are already talking about how great it would be to see the leaves changing or go and visit the ice skating rink in the winter. Though I don’t know if I would ice skate but I could definitely take pictures 🙂
