Oh what an amazing week it has been! I was in Palm Springs for the majority of this week at a conference and photographing Joshua Tree National Park with John.
One benefit of leaving at the crazy break of dawn is the sunrises from the plane. I love watching the sun come up over the mountains as we get to Seattle or head south towards California. Especially this time of year with the snow covered mountains.
The weather was so nice in Palm Springs I had to stop at Target for a pair of shorts. It has been so cold in Spokane that 70 degrees felt like a tropical heat wave.
Joshua Tree was the 35th National Park that John and I have visited together. I can’t believe it! The park was absolutely gorgeous!
We had dinner at John’s Place which seemed so fitting! We liked it so much we ended up eating there twice. The food was fantastic.
I spent the remainder of the week at Alt Summit which is a conference for bloggers. It was amazing. Filled with great brands, bloggers and so much good information.
Can you tell I am a little obsessed with Palm Trees!
The conference was held at the super funky and fun Saquaro Hotel in Palm Springs. The hotel is filled with bright colors and has a really fun atmosphere. It was perfect for photo shoots.
The hotel was one of those places you never really know what you are going to see around the next corner.
The week ended with kitty cat cuddles, getting caught up on life, and so much laundry! Soaking up a couple of days at home before we head out on our next adventure!
I hope you all have an amazing week!
