I must confess that I completely missed last weeks weekly diary because well life has been a bit crazy, amazing, and did I mention crazy. So today I am recapping 2 crazy good weeks of fun, travel and adventure.
The highlight of our adventures was spending a few days on the Carnival Liberty for the Nick Jonas Carnival Live concert. When Carnival asked if we wanted to join them for the concert we jumped at the chance. The time away was so needed and soooo good.
It was a super quick trip but so much fun. We enjoyed a great concert and a day in the Bahamas followed by a sea day. The sea day included a cruise ship nap and some delish food.
I have so many more pics to share from the Carnival Liberty soon!
Bandit was fully into helping with all of the holiday prep. He is getting so curious and chilling out now that he has had his ball removal surgery. He is just so chill now it is amazing.
I am loving my new friend I picked up at Albertsons this week. I am all in for the Hygge movement and can’t wait to decorate this year.
Have you seen our Tech You need in your Life Holiday Gift Guide for 2017? One of my favorite items is the Ecovacs Deebot floor cleaning robot.
I was super excited to be able to surprise my parents with it this weekend. My Mom has to have another wrist surgery next week and I don’t want her pushing it and trying to vacuum their house when she should be taking it easy. They have a German Shepherd and multiple cats so pet hair is an issue that can pile up if the house isn’t swept of vacuumed often.
Knowing my Mom she would push a point and try to clean while wearing an arm brace and end up injuring herself. To stop all of this from happening we brought them the Deebot floor cleaner and it was love at first site.
My Mom was so excited she followed the Deebot cleaner around the house in awe of all it was picking up. She literally cheered out loud when it picked up pine needles near the door.
She called me this morning to say that she started the vacuum up at 6am and watched it from bed. She was so excited that her floors were cleaned and she was able to just watch it work.
We picked them up an Amazon Alexa so they can run the Deebot with voice activation. I wish I would have videotaped my parents excitement over it starting up just because they asked Alexa to run it.
So much fun and I feel so much better knowing that my Mom will not push a point and try to clean while wearing an arm brace.
Saturday night we headed out on a new adventure for the week. I can’t wait to share more soon! Check out our instagram stories to see where we are and what we are up this week!
