Ingredients

fresh zucchini

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat eggs and gradually add in sugar
Add in oil and mix
Combine dry ingredients to egg mixture alternately with zucchini.
Stir in vanilla
Pour into bread loaf pans
Bake for 1 hour
