Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
Then line the slow cooker with parchment paper
Tear the bread into large bite size pieces and place in a large bowl.
In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Mix very well until everything is incorporated.
Add the raisins and apple to the bread and pour the egg mixture slowly over the bread being sure to coat as many pieces as possible with the egg mixture.
When done pouring, take a big spoon and fold over the bread many times to help soak up the egg.
Pour into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 β 7 hours. (Best if you can turn it on before you go to bed). Will keep on warm setting nicely.
