Red Heart Valentine's Day Cookies
Super cute Red Heart Valentine's Day Cookies that are super easy to make!

- 1 cup Smart Balance Buttery Spread Original
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles and icing for decorating the cookies
Cream together Smart Balance Buttery Spread original and sugar.
Add 3 eggs and blend well
Sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar
Add in the flour mixture gradually to the creamy buttery goodness in your mixing bowl
Add vanilla and chill dough
Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters, I used a Linzer Cookie Cutter to get the layered hearts
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 325 degrees for 6-8 minutes
Once cool assemble the cookies.
