Aviation Cocktail Recipe and Mixology Class at the Monte Carlo Las Vegas

  • 1 3/4 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lemon
  • 1/2 oz creme de violette Buy it here
  • Garnish - Brandied Cherry
  1. Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a cherry
  4. *One tip we learned during the class is to never use old ice. Make sure if you are mixing a drink that takes ice you have ice for the shaker and ice for the glass. That way the glass is kept cold and the ice has not already started to melt from the shaking.
