  • 1 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 package white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie dough refrigerated ready to bake


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, line cookie sheets with parchment paper
  • Place coconut in shallow bowl, place milk in a small bowl
  • Divide pre-made cookie dough, roll each dough piece into a ball
  • Roll each cookie ball in milk, then in coconut place on cookie sheets
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, until coconut brown
