Ingredients

  • 2 Cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter plus extra to grease the crock pot
  • ½ cup milk
  • large pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Heavily butter inside of crock pot, add in 1 ½ cups of corn, finely chop remaining ½ cup corn and add in.
  • Mix remaining eggs, sugar, butter and milk in a bowl, pour over the corn.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours.
