Wow! How in the world is it already November 1! Halloween has now past and it is time to dive headfirst into all things Thanksgiving and Christmas! Are you ready? To kick off the holiday recipes made in the slow cooker we are starting with this Slow Cooker Crock Pot Corn Pudding Recipe. This could also be called a corn casserole. From what I can tell it depends on where you live if you call it a corn pudding or corn casserole. What do you call it in your family?
I love easy side dishes, especially for the holidays. The last thing you want to do is stress over when things need to go into the oven or cook on the stove top. I love to set up as many dishes as I can in my crock pot so it makes life that much easier.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot Corn Pudding Recipe
2 heaping cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter, plus extra to grease the crock pot
½ cup milk
large pinch of salt
heavily butter inside of crock pot, add in 1 ½ cups of corn, finely chop remaining ½ cup corn and add in. Mix remaining eggs, sugar, butter and milk in a bowl, pour over the corn. Cook on low for 2 hours.
We use either the Hamilton Beach Set ‘n Forget Programmable Slow Cooker, 6-Quart or Crock-Pot 5-Quart Slow Cooker for all of our crock pot recipes
