Ingredients

  • 4 C chicken broth
  • 1 C chicken cooked and diced
  • ½ onion sliced
  • ½ C pea pods fresh, sliced
  • ½ C sweet peppers sliced
  • 1 carrot large, sliced
  • 1 pkg ramen noodles spice packet removed, lightly broken
  • 1 tsp ginger grated or minced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • as desired sriracha or any other hot pepper
  • as desired salt

Instructions

  • All ingredients to the slow cooker EXCEPT the ramen noodles. 
  • Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours or high for 2 – 3 hours.
  •  In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the ramen noodles and continue to let cook.
  • Serve and enjoy!
