Combine olive oil, honey, margarita mix, tequila, basil, cayenne and cumin together in a small bowl
Poke holes in the chicken with a fork and place the chicken in the crock pot
Pour olive oil mixture over the top and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours
Remove the chicken from the crock pot and place in a 200-degree oven to keep it warm
Mix flour and water in a small bowl until well combined. Stir flour mixture into the crock pot, turn heat to high and cook uncovered for 10 minutes until liquid thickens. You can add more flour and water if you prefer a thicker sauce
Remove chicken from the oven and cover with the sauce
