Pumpkin Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 2 16 oz boxes of pound cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • Topping Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup chilled butter

Instructions

  • Combine pound cake mix, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda together
  • Add in water, pumpkin and eggs and stir until well combined
  • Pour 1/2 of batter into a 13x9 cake pan
  • Sprinkle part of the topping over batter
  • Pour remaining batter into pan and cover with remaining topping
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees
