Crock Pot Kielbasa and Shrimp Stew Recipe

  • 1 package kielbasa 14-16 oz
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 28 oz
  • 1 pckg frozen mixed veggies 16oz
  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 3/4 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined, tails on
  • 2 cups frozen sliced okra 8oz
  • hot cooked rice


  • Coat the inside of the crock pot with non-stick spray
  • Cup the kielbasa into 3/4 inch slices and to crock pot
  • Add in tomatoes, veggies and cajun seasoning.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours
  • Stir in shrimp and okra, cook on high for 30 minutes until shrimp are opaque
  • Serve over rice
  • Enjoy!
  • Be prepared the rice sucks up all of the liquid quickly in this recipe. Once it sits for a bit it isn't as liquidy as you might imagine for a stew but it is still so good.
