Crock Pot Shepherds Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 3/4 cup beef stock
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 package prepared mashed potatoes 24 oz
Instructions
  1. Brown beef and onions together
  2. Stir in beef bouillon, beef stock, Worcesteshire sauce, and pepper into ground beef
  3. Transfer to crock pot and stir in peas and corn
  4. Top with shredded cheese, then spread potatoes over top
  5. Cook on low for 5 and a half hours
  6. Remove lid and cook on high for 30 minutes until potatoes form a crust
