Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound Kielbasa sliced
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp bourbon or apple juice

Instructions

  • Combine everything in the crock pot
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours

Notes

You can easily double and trip this recipe.
The 1.5 pounds of Kielbasa will fill a small to medium size serving dish. If you are expecting a large group I would double the recipe.
