Crock Pot Spicy Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken
  • 32 oz container reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 15 oz cans black beans drained and rinsed
  • 14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 3 cups chopped onion
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Cut meat into <g class="gr_ gr_162 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="162" data-gr-id="162">1 inch</g> pieces
  • Combine chicken, broth, tomatoes, chilies, onion, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and garlic in crock pot
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
  • Top with sour cream and cilantro
