Ingredients
  • 1 jar sauerkraut 32oz, drained
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 lunch meat package of corned beef cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Rye bread toasted for dipping
Instructions
  1. Cut corned beef lunch meat into strips or chunks, drain sauerkraut, melt the butter and beat the egg
  2. Combine sauerkraut, swiss cheese, corned beef, butter and egg in the crock pot
  3. Cook on high for 2 hours
  4. Toast rye bread and serve on the side for dipping.
