Pecan Pie Puffs

  • 1 pkg. 24 Puff Pastry Cups
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
  • 1 teas. Vanilla
  • ½ teas. Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ Cups Pecans chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 400˚.
  2. Place Puff Pastry Cups on nonstick baking sheet or parchment paper. Cook 5 minutes short of package directions, 15 minutes.
  3. While the pastry is cooking, in a medium bowl whisk together the Brown Sugar, Butter, Egg, Corn Syrup Vanilla and Cinnamon.
  4. Stir in the pecans
  5. Remove the pastry and push down the centers with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  6. Reduce oven to 350˚.
  7. Carefully spoon about a teaspoon of the pecan mixture into each pastry cup, the pecans should be sticking out of the top slightly.
  8. Bake at 350˚ until cooked through and set, 9-12 minutes.
  9. Remove and let cool before serving.
  10. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
