Ingredients
  • 1 c steel cut oats
  • 2-3 bananas ripe or overripe
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c table cream or heavy whipping cream
  • 2 c whole milk
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash salt
Instructions
  1. Line a slow cooker with parchment paper
  2. Place the steel cut oats in the slow cooker bowl
  3. Mix the liquids together in a separate bowl and add to the oats
  4. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl until smooth and add to the oat mixture
  5. Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours, or on high for 2 – 3, depending on the texture you prefer (longer for softer oats).
