Instructions
Clean and cut the potatoes into ½ inch chunks, place in crock pot
Add in water, butter, salt, garlic powder and black pepper
Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours
Add milk to potatoes and mash with potato masher to desired consistency.
