Pulled Pork
with BBQ sauce, without sauce, whatever is your preference

Green Onion
chopped

Potatoes
washed and chopped into bite size pieces

Eggs

Oil
Seasoning to taste:

Instructions
In a frying pan, put the oil and the potatoes in to fry on a med-high heat. Season with seasonings. When the potatoes are ¾ browned, add the pork.
Fry the mixture until the potatoes are completely browned and the pork is slightly crispy.
Crack the eggs on opposite sides of the pan
Cover the eggs and let cook until white is firm and desired yolk consistency has been achieved. (Soft, semi soft, medium, hard, etc.)
