Grilled Shrimp

juiced

peeled and deveined
Avocado Butter

Avocado
cut into quarters or chunks

Instructions
Whisk lime juice, garlic, creole seasoning, cayenne, and oil until well mixed
Add shrimp and lightly toss
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours
preheat barbecue to medium-high
remove shrimp from marinade and thread 4 shrimp on each skewer
Grill shrimp until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side
transfer to a platter and serve with Avocado butter
