No special equipment needed to serve this lovely tropical cocktail. A blender, some ice, a few ingredients and you have a fantastic cocktail to serve.

  • 3 Ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ Ounce Cream of Coconut
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until the desired consistency
  • Pour into glass

    That looks and sounds so amazing. I have all but the 1/2 oz coconut cream & 4 dashes aromatic bitters but I'll pick them up over the weekend and give this a try.
