Grilled Bruschetta Chicken Pizza Recipe

Today I am so excited to share with you this seriously yummy Grilled Bruschetta Chicken Pizza Recipe!

This recipe involves so many of my dear husbands favorite ingredients it is a bit ridiculous.

I told him I created it just for him…shh don’t tell him it was really so I could share it with all of you :-)

I am so excited it is finally grilling season!

Grilled Brushetta Chicken Pizza


4 small boneless skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

1 tomato, finely chopped

1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 cup fresh chopped basil

Refrigerated pizza dough


Heat grillt to medium heat

Place chicken in a large resealable bag and add in 2 tbsp KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigreete, marinate chicken for 10 minutes in the fridge, remove chicken and discard bag and extra dressing

Cook chicken until done on the barbecue, set to the side

Cook refrigerated pizza dough until one side is done and you flip it over for the toppings.

Cover the dough with Bruschetta chicken, diced tomatoes, basil and KRAFT Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Cook until the cheese has melted and the dough is cooked through

I love that KRAFT shrunk the packaging while still giving us 2 full cups of seriously delicious cheese!
