I feel like this Apple Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe should come with a warning label! They are plain and simply addictive! Seriously you will not be able to stop at just one.

Apple Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
They are not super sweet but taste oh so amazing. I am pretty sure they are my new favorite fall cookie recipe.
The perfect combination of apple flavor and oatmeal. Oh and they are easy to make which is a bonus point all its own.
Ingredients:
- Quick oats
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Brown sugar
- White sugar
- Butter
- Egg
- Applesauce
Large Mixing Bowl - We are big fans of this glass batter bowl that has a handle. It makes it easy to mix ingredients and keeps the mixing bowl steady on the counter.
Parchment Paper - I am a huge fan of using parchment paper to make clean up and serving so much easier.
Baking Sheet - I like to use baking sheets with sides so there is no way I can be clumsy and have the cookies slide right off into the oven {not that I want to admit that it has happened but I did learn my lesson.}
