Coral Reef Cocktail

This drink is oh so good! This may be my favorite drink so far that we have made. The Coral Reef is smooth and easy to enjoy without being overwhelming.

I can definitely see drinking this on a hot summer day or the next time we have our feet in the sand on a tropical beach. This drink was really easy to make and everyone enjoyed it.

Ingredients needed

  • Vodka
  • Malibu rum
  • Strawberries

Sit back and enjoy a touch of paradise.

We use a Ninja Blender to make this so the ice gets crushed really fine.

We started our 5 o'clock Aloha Friday drink recipes to celebrate and enjoy a bit of vacation paradise at home.

Each Friday we will be sharing a drink recipe that hopefully transports you to the beaches of Hawaii and makes you relax and enjoy a bit of paradise.

What are your favorite tropical drinks? Do you make them at home or only enjoy them when you are out on the town?

We are working on turning our backyard into a tropical paradise in the middle of Spokane.

Sadly we can not get palm trees to grow here but I am going to find some way to make the backyard a tropical oasis for when we are not traveling.

nice cocktail, was searching for interesting cocktails and the name of this recipe struck me since I remember a Polynesian restaurant with this name, great association with this, love that it's fresh strawberries, great even in winter and like the vodka-rum mix, thank you for this spot of summer in March!
