Yields: 6 ice pops

Ingredients needed to make Blueberry Mojito

  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Mint leaves
  • Bacardi light rum
  • Lime juice
  • Fresh blueberries

Recipe Tips

ice pop molds work great to form fun shapes for your adult popsicles

popsicle pouches  - Also work great just make sure to order the pouches that come with the funnel. You don't want all the boozy goodness pouring outside of the popsicle pouch.

You may find it easier (and less messy) to use a small funnel.

To loosen the ice pops from their molds, run warm water over each mold (just for a few seconds) and serve.
