Cosmopolitan Popsicle Recipe {Video}

Published: Jun 30, 2020 · This post may contain affiliate links

I had a hard time deciding what to call this recipe. I always think of these freeze pops as otter pops but wasn't sure if that was just a Pacific Northwest thing. I looked online and come to find out they are called freeze pops, ice pops, freezies, popsicles, freezy pops, ice poles, zooper doopers? I don't know what to say about this one, and more depending on where you are from. So I ended up calling them Adult Cosmopolitan Popsicle Recipe and hopefully, this gets the idea across.

Adult Cosmopolitan Cocktail Popsicle Recipe

Pretty much they are adult popsicles with vodka in them!  I will be making about 200 of these Adult Cosmopolitan Alcoholic Otter Pops along with last week's boozy Mojito popsicles and these delicious Bahama Mama popsicles to get through the rest of March or the year depending on how things keep going.

I could go for one of these Cosmopolitan Cocktail Popsicles right now!

The perfect frozen treat for a hot summer day or right now when life is just a little crazy.

Please make sure you put these somewhere no one under 21 is going to be able to get them. Maybe mark them with bold lettering that they are yours and no one dares touch them. Whatever you need to do to make sure only adults get their hands on them.

Yields: 4 boozy popsicles. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. The yield may also depend on the size of the popsicle pouch you are filling. The Popsicle Pouches we used produced 4 popsicles with just a tiny bit left over to enjoy after making them.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry juice
  • Lime juice
  • Citrus vodka
  • Triple sec

Equipment needed

popsicle pouches  - Make sure to order the pouches that come with the funnel. You don't want all the boozy goodness pouring outside of the popsicle pouch.

HINT: Using a funnel will make the transfer easier.  Zip up each pouch and freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.

These are so perfect for summer parties, picnics, relaxing outside or just because! So easy to make and they taste so good!
