I had a hard time deciding what to call this recipe. I always think of these freeze pops as otter pops but wasn’t sure if that was just a Pacific Northwest thing. I looked online and come to find out they are called freeze pops, ice pops, freezies, popsicles, freezy pops, ice poles, zooper doopers? I don’t know what to say about this one, and more depending on where you are from. So I ended up calling them Adult Cosmopolitan Popsicle Recipe and hopefully, this gets the idea across.
Pretty much they are adult popsicles with vodka in them! We have reached the 100+ degree stage of the summer in Spokane and it feels like you melt the moment you walk outside. I will be making about 200 of these Adult Cosmopolitan Ice Pops along with last weeks boozy Mojito popsicles and these delicious Bahama Mama popsicles to get through the rest of summer.

I could go for one of these Cosmopolitan Cocktail Popsicles right now!
The perfect frozen treat for a hot summer day! I just got back from Costa Rica and I would have paid so much money for one of these while I was there. Oh the humidity. This Northwest Girl is not used to humidity.
