    Cactus Colada Recipe

    This Cactus Colada Recipe has a great toasted coconut flavor. Made with gold tequila, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut you will love the tropical flavors! This tropical cocktail is great for Cinco De Mayo, barbecues, outdoor parties, or any night of the week.

    We are a couple of days away from Cinco De Mayo and I have been playing in the kitchen just for you! I must say it was so hard to make this Cactus Colada Recipe. ๐Ÿ™‚

    It was so rough taste testing this amazing drink!

    But I did it just for you!

    I know I am ready to make these again and sip on a cool coconut-pineapple flavored cocktail.

    Cactus Colada

    Ingredients

    • Sweetened flaked coconut
    • Unsweetened pineapple juice
    • Gold tequila
    • Cream of coconut
    • Limes
    • Ice

    Ingredients

    • ยฝ Cup sweetened coconut flakes
    • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice unsweetened
    • ยฝ Cup gold tequila
    • ยฝ Cup cream of coconut
    • 2 limes juiced
    • 3 to 4 Cups Ice

    Instructions

    • Toast coconut at 350 degrees on a baking sheet for 6 minutes. Make sure to check your coconut every few minutes.
    • Blend Pineapple Juice, tequila, cream of coconut, lime, and 3 cups of ice until smooth.
    • Pour into glasses and enjoy
