One of our goals this year is to Spread JOY! We want to spread joy, happiness and do random acts of kindness throughout the year. To help with this mission, we have compiled 101 ways to spread Joy this year!
“A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees.”
Amelia Earhart
101+ Ways to Spread Joy this year!!!
This all started last year when I did 40 random acts of kindness as part of my 40 before 40 project. I realized how much I loved being able to give back and spread joy to friends, family members, and random strangers on the street.
Looking ahead to 2024 we want to continue to spread joy and help others spread as much joy as possible. One of the things I love about these 101 ways to spread joy is many of them are free! It doesn't cost a thing to help someone smile brighter or surprise someone with a bit of fun.
Sharing gratitude can have a big impact not only on your day but other people also. The boost of joy that comes from moments of gratitude is amazing.
These moments of joy are some of the easiest ways to help someone smile.
I hope you have fun being able to spread joy today!
“Since you get more joy out of giving joy to others, you should put a good deal of thought into the happiness that you are able to give.”
Eleanor Roosevelt
